The amount of the pension for length of service

The amount of the service pension is the amount of the service pension in the corresponding percentage ratio to the size of the social pension provided under paragraph 1.1, subsection 1 of article 18 of this Federal law, depending on the length of service, without reducing this amount by the old-age (disability) insurance pension, the fixed payment to the insurance pension, and the increase in the fixed payment to the insurance pension¹.

The amount of the service pension — under the amount of the service pension, from which the increase is made, is understood as the amount of the service pension due in the corresponding percentage relation to the size of the social pension provided by paragraph 1.1, subparagraph 1 of article 18 of this Federal law, depending on the length of service, without reducing this amount by the insurance old-age (disability) pension, the fixed payment to the insurance pension and the increase in the fixed payment to the insurance pension (ceased to be effective as of 2018-11-12)².
