Participant of the special military operation
A participant in the special military operation — citizens who have participated (have participated) in the special military operation on the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhzhia region and the Kherson region and (or) have performed (have performed) tasks to repel an armed invasion onto the territory of the Russian Federation, during an armed provocation on the State border of the Russian Federation and territories of subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the areas of the special military operation, as well as perform or have performed official and other similar functions on these territories (hereinafter — participants in the special military operation)1.
