Operator of the Unified Federal Register of Information on Facts of Activities of Legal Entities
The operator of the unified federal register of information on facts of legal entities' activities is a legal entity registered within the territory of the Russian Federation, possessing technical means enabling the formation and maintenance of the aforementioned register in electronic form, and determined as a result of a competition to perform these functions in accordance with the procedures and criteria established by the federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation (ceased to be effective from 2017-09-01)1.
The Operator of the Unified Federal Register of Information on Facts of Activities of Legal Entities is a legal entity registered within the territory of the Russian Federation, possessing technical means enabling the formation and maintenance of the aforementioned register in electronic form, and determined as a result of a competition to perform these functions in accordance with the procedures and criteria established by the federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation2.
