Motivated decision of the investigator

Motivated decision of the investigator — if it is necessary to conduct control and recording of telephone and other conversations, the investigator issues a motivated decision to submit a motion to the court, in which the essence of the criminal case, the grounds for carrying out these investigative actions, the surname, name and patronymic of the person in relation to whom the control and recording of conversations will be carried out, the term during which such control and recording will be conducted, and the name of the body entrusted with the technical implementation of the control and recording of telephone and other conversations1.
