Family member of a citizen
A family member of a citizen - those who arrived with this citizen from the areas of the Far North and territories equivalent to them to the chosen place of residence, spouses, children, parents, adopted persons, adopters of this citizen. Other relatives, non-working dependents who arrived with this citizen from the areas of the Far North and territories equivalent to them, constantly residing with this citizen and leading a common household with him, are recognized as family members of this citizen if they were settled by him as members of his family and led a common household with him (at the previous place of residence). In exceptional cases, persons who arrived with this citizen may be recognized as family members of this citizen in court proceedings (ceased to be in force from 2020-07-20)1.
