Information on the method of securing the fulfillment of the developer's obligations — information on the method of securing the fulfillment of the developer's obligations (on the insurer who has entered into an insurance contract for the developer's civil liability in case of non-performance or improper performance of obligations under a participation agreement in shared construction, as well as on the insured amount under the insurance contract and (or) on the bank that has entered into a bank guarantee agreement for the proper fulfillment by the developer of obligations under a participation agreement in shared construction, on the amount (size) of the provided guarantee)¹.
