Symbolism of an extremist organization
The symbolism of an extremist organization — the symbolism whose description is contained in the founding documents of the organization, with respect to which, on the grounds provided for by this Federal law, a court has issued an enforceable decision to liquidate or prohibit activities due to the conduct of extremist activities1.
