Qualified Specialist
Qualified specialist - foreign citizens - qualified specialists who are employed in accordance with their profession (specialty) as set out in the list of professions (specialties, positions), approved by the federal executive authority in the field of internal affairs, in coordination with the federal executive authority responsible for developing and implementing state policy and normative legal regulation in the area of employment and unemployment, and the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of analysis and forecasting of socio-economic development1.
Qualified specialist — a foreign citizen who has continuously carried out work in the Russian Federation for at least one year prior to the date of submitting an application for a residence permit and is carrying out on the day of submission of such an application labor activity in the Russian Federation in a profession (specialty, position) included in the list of professions (specialties, positions) of foreign citizens and stateless persons — qualified specialists who are entitled to obtain a residence permit in the Russian Federation without obtaining a temporary stay permit2.
Qualified specialist — persons employed in accordance with their profession (specialty) as set out in the list of professions (specialties, positions), approved by the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation of employment, in coordination with the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of socio-economic development and trade (ceased to be effective as of 2014-11-24)3.
Qualified specialist — foreign citizens who are employed in accordance with their profession (specialty) as listed in the list of professions (specialties, positions), approved by the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation of employment, in coordination with the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of socio-economic development and trade4.
