All-Russia Organization of Television and Radio Broadcasting

Federal television and radio broadcasting organization — television and radio broadcasting organizations holding a license to broadcast on the territories of half or more than half of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as television and radio broadcasting organizations producing mass media (television channels, radio channels, television programs, radio programs) distributed by other television and radio broadcasting organizations on the territories of half or more than half of the subjects of the Russian Federation1.
