Candidate support list
Candidate support list — in the candidate support list, the surname, name and patronymic of the candidate, his date of birth, main place of work or service, and the position he holds (if there is no main place of work or service — occupation); the name of the subject of the Russian Federation, district, city, or other populated area where the candidate resides; information on the candidate's nomination (nominated by a political party or its regional branch (with indication of the name of the political party or its regional branch) or by self-nomination); if the candidate had or has a criminal record — information about the candidate's criminal record. In the candidate's support list, the surname, first name, patronymic, and date of birth of the deputy of the representative body of the municipal formation or head of the municipal formation putting their signature are also indicated; the name of the representative body of the municipal formation, of which the person putting the signature is a member, or the name of the position of the head of the municipal formation held by the person putting the signature; the name of the municipal formation. The deputy of the representative body of the municipal formation or the head of the municipal formation personally puts their own signature and also indicates the date and time of its placement. The authenticity of the signature on the candidate's support list must be notarially certified1.
