Territory of Preferential Use of the Vehicle
The territory of preferential use of the vehicle — which is determined for individuals based on the residence of the vehicle owner indicated in the vehicle passport or registration certificate of the vehicle, or in the citizen's passport, and for legal entities — based on the location of the legal entity, its branch or representative office, or other separate unit1.
