Material breach of operational obligations
Substantial violation of operational obligations - non-use of gas supply facilities for the provision of services for gas transportation and delivery to consumers, technological connection of gas-using equipment and capital construction objects to gas distribution networks, their reconstruction, development of the gas distribution system, and ensuring safe operation of gas supply facilities in accordance with industrial safety requirements and normative legal acts of the Russian Federation1.
