Depreciable Assets
1. Depreciable assets for the purposes of this chapter are considered to be property, results of intellectual activity, and other objects of intellectual property that are owned by the taxpayer (unless otherwise provided in this chapter), used by them to generate income, and whose cost is compensated through depreciation accruals. Depreciable assets are assets with a useful life of more than 12 months and an initial cost exceeding 40,000 rubles
