Public Fund


A public fund is one of the types of non-commercial funds and represents a public association without membership, whose purpose is to form property based on voluntary contributions and other lawful receipts, and to use this property for public welfare purposes. Founders and managers of the property of a public fund are not entitled to use the aforementioned property in their own interests
