Representatives of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, Siberia, and the Far East of the Russian Federation — the use of which is carried out to meet the personal needs of representatives of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, Siberia, and the Far East of the Russian Federation (as per the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation) and persons not belonging to the indigenous small-numbered peoples but permanently residing in areas of their traditional settlement and traditional economic activities, for whom hunting and fishing are the basis of existence1.
