Network broadcast of mobile radio telephone service
Mobile radio telephone network broadcasting - automatic transmission of short text messages (messages consisting of letters and/or symbols entered in a specific sequence) to subscribers via the mobile radio telephone network, or transmission of short text messages using numbering not corresponding to the Russian numbering system and plan, as well as messages whose transmission is not provided for by the interconnection agreement with foreign telecommunications operators1.
