Name of the electoral bloc

The name of the electoral bloc is determined at the congress (conference) of representatives of political parties that have joined this electoral bloc. The name of the electoral bloc may not include the name of a political party that has not joined this electoral bloc, regardless of its participation or non-participation in the elections, another registered all-Russian public organization, or the name of any other previously registered electoral bloc for these elections. It is also not allowed to use a name that was used by an electoral bloc in previous elections for the State Duma deputies, if more than half of the members (their successors) who formed the corresponding electoral bloc in the previous elections are not part of the current electoral bloc. The use of a person's name and surname, pseudonym, or the title of a state or municipal position in the name of an electoral bloc is not allowed (ceased to be in force as of 2005-05-18)1.
