Subscriber Agreement
A subscription agreement — a material condition provided for in the second paragraph of this section may also be determined by concluding an agreement with performance upon request (subscription agreement), providing for the inclusion of conditions related to the obligation of the electricity consumer to make a lump-sum payment or make periodic payments under such agreement regardless of the actual volume of electricity consumption by them1.
