Other subjects of operational-dispatch management in the power industry
Other subjects of operational-dispatch control in the electric power industry - organizations carrying out operational-dispatch control in the electric power industry within technically isolated territorial electric power systems (when a technically isolated territorial electric power system is connected to another electric power system and the functions of operational-dispatch control are transferred to the system operator in accordance with Article 19 of this Federal Law during a certain transitional period determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, taking into account the specifics established by this Federal Law and normative legal acts adopted in accordance therewith by the Government of the Russian Federation), and authorized to issue operational dispatch commands and instructions that are mandatory for electric power industry subjects and consumers of electricity, affecting the operating mode of the electric power system within the limits of dispatch responsibility zones the relevant subjects of operational dispatch management in the power industry1.
