Remote Control Means
Remote control means — software, hardware-software and other technical means that provide the technical possibility of changing technological operating modes and (or) operational status of transmission lines, equipment and devices of power engineering objects and energy receiving installations directly from dispatch centers of the subject of operational-dispatch management in power engineering or from other remote automated workstations, terminals, and control centers by transmitting technological information and implementing control commands1.
