Commission on Licensing Issues in Energy Sales Activities

The Licensing Commission for Energy Sales Activities is an advisory and consultative body consisting of representatives from the following entities: the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy in the field of the fuel and energy complex; the federal antitrust authority; the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the area of analysis and forecasting of socio-economic development; and the market council. At the discretion of the licensing authority, representatives from other organizations may be included in the composition of the Licensing Commission for Energy Sales Activities (ceased to be effective as of 2019-01-01)¹.
