Border Cooperation
Border cooperation refers to coordinated actions by participants in border cooperation aimed at establishing, developing, and strengthening comprehensive good-neighborly and friendly relations with state-territorial (administrative-territorial) formations or authorities of border regions of neighboring states, directed at improving the well-being of the population, achieving economic and social progress in the border regions of the state, as well as concluding agreements and understandings necessary to achieve these objectives within the scope of competence defined by the legislation of the state
