An agreement on the allocation and granting of a share of the catch quota for aquatic biological resources for investment purposes — is concluded in order to carry out industrial fishing and (or) coastal fishing with regard to species of aquatic biological resources, the total allowable catch of which is established and distributed in accordance with the quotas specified in paragraph 11 of part 1 of article 30 of this Federal law (ceased to be in force as of 2019-03-06)¹.
