The federal executive body responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the agro-industrial complex, including reclamation - rules for operating reclamation systems and separately located hydraulic structures, as well as rules for maintaining protective forest plantations are established by the federal executive body responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the agro-industrial complex, including reclamation, in coordination with interested federal executive bodies and other government bodies¹.
