Additional pension provision - for employees who have been dismissed or are being dismissed from liquidated organizations of the coal industry, who have the right to pension provision in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and a work experience of at least 10 years in organizations engaged in the extraction (processing) of coal (shale), units of militarized rescue teams and shaft construction organizations, funds amounting to no less than 750,000.0 thousand rubles2.
