Level of Calculated Tax Revenue for the Local Budget

The level of calculated tax revenues of the local budget - the level of calculated tax revenues of the local budget per capita in the last reporting year or the level of calculated budgetary provision established by law of a subject of the Russian Federation and applied when determining the amount of subsidies to be transferred from local budgets to the budget of a subject of the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 142-2 of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation (as amended by this Federal Law) (ceased to be in force on 2014-11-29)¹.

The level of calculated tax revenues of the local budget - the level of calculated tax revenues of the local budget per capita in the last reporting year or the level of calculated budgetary provision established by law of a subject of the Russian Federation and applied when determining the amount of subsidies to be transferred from local budgets to the budget of a subject of the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 142.2 of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation (as amended by this Federal Law)².
