Citizen who previously served in the civil service — regarding reinstatement in a previously held position in the civil service regardless of the grounds for termination or cancellation of the service contract, release from the held position in the civil service, dismissal from the civil service, regarding changes to the date of release from the held position in the civil service and the formulation of the reason for such release, regarding transfer to another position in the civil service without the consent of the civil servant, regarding payment for the period of forced absenteeism or payment of the difference in remuneration for the period of performing duties in a lower-paid position in the civil service, regarding unlawful actions (inaction) by the employer's representative or persons authorized by them in processing and protecting the personal data of the civil servant1.
