The classification of external financing sources for the budget deficit is a grouping of borrowed funds attracted by the Government of the Russian Federation and executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation to finance the deficits of the corresponding budgets (ceased to be in force as of 2007-04-26)¹.
