The price actually paid or payable
The price actually paid or payable - the total amount of all payments made or to be made by the buyer directly to the seller and (or) a third party for the benefit of the seller in respect of imported goods. Payments may be made directly or indirectly in any form by the buyer to the seller or a third party for the benefit of the seller (ceased to be effective as of 2011-12-06)1.
