The cost of the specified items
The cost of the aforementioned items is the expenses incurred in their acquisition, if the buyer acquired these items from a seller who is not an associated party to the buyer, or the expenses incurred in their manufacture, if the items were produced by the buyer or by a person who is an associated party to the buyer (ceased to be effective as of 2011-12-06)1.
