Placing an Order
Order placement - relations related to the placement of orders for the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services for state and municipal needs, the needs of budgetary institutions (hereinafter referred to as order placement), including establishing a unified procedure for placing orders, in order to ensure unity of the economic space within the territory of the Russian Federation when placing orders, efficient use of funds from budgets and extrabudgetary sources of financing, expanding opportunities for participation of individuals and legal entities in order placement and stimulating such participation, developing honest competition, improving the activities of state authorities and local self-government bodies in the field of order placement, ensuring publicity and transparency of order placement, preventing corruption and other abuses in the field of order placement1.
