The decision to approve or to enter into a transaction as a result of an electronic open auction on behalf of the order placement participant - a legal entity, the decision to approve or to enter into a transaction as a result of an electronic open auction on behalf of the order placement participant - a legal entity, specifying information regarding the maximum amount of such a transaction. In cases where legislation of the Russian Federation and (or) the charter documents of the legal entity stipulate the necessity of having this decision for entering into a major transaction, this decision is adopted in accordance with the procedure established for adopting a decision to approve or to enter into a major transaction. In other cases, this decision is adopted by the person authorized to obtain accreditation on behalf of the order placement participant - a legal entity¹.
