Winner of the quotation request proceedings
The winner of the quotation request procedure is considered to be the participant in the procurement process who submitted a quotation bid that meets all the requirements set out in the notice of the quotation request procedure and specifies the lowest price for goods, works, or services. If several participants in the procurement process submit quotation bids with the lowest price for goods, works, or services, the winner of the quotation request procedure is considered to be the participant whose quotation bid was received earlier than the quotation bids of other participants in the procurement process1.
The winner of the quotation request procedure is considered to be the participant in the procurement process whose quotation bid has been assigned the first number2.
