Similar Russian product
A similar Russian product is a product that in terms of functional purpose, application, quality and technical characteristics is fully identical to the product imported into the customs territory of the Russian Federation within the framework of a tariff quota, or, in the absence of such a fully identical product, a product that has characteristics close to those of the product imported into the customs territory of the Russian Federation within the framework of a tariff quota, allowing it to perform functions identical to those of the product imported into the customs territory of the Russian Federation within the framework of a tariff quota and to be commercially interchangeable with it1.
