A material breach by the concessionaire of the terms of the concession agreement — a material breach by the concessionaire of the terms of the concession agreement, the object of which is a cultural heritage site in an unsatisfactory condition, is the failure of the concessionaire to comply with the requirements for preserving the cultural heritage site provided for by the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage sites (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation¹.
