Resident of the port special economic zone
A resident of the port special economic zone is a commercial organization (except for a state unitary enterprise), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation within the territory of a municipal formation, within the boundaries of which the special economic zone is located (within the territory of one of the municipal formations, if the special economic zone is located on the territories of several municipal formations), or within the territory of a federal city, within the boundaries of which the special economic zone is located, and having concluded an agreement with the management bodies of special economic zones on the conduct of activities in accordance with the procedures and conditions provided for by this Federal Law1.
