Object of engineering, transport, social, innovative and other infrastructure of the special economic zone – definition and meaning of "Object of engineering, transport, social, innovative and other infrastructure of the special economic zone"

The infrastructure objects of the special economic zone - buildings, structures and other objects created and (or) reconstructed and (or) to be created and (or) reconstructed on the territory of the special economic zone or on the territory adjacent to the special economic zone at the expense of the federal budget, the budget of a subject of the Russian Federation, local budgets and extrabudgetary sources, including funds of the managing company, included in the list of infrastructure objects of the special economic zone provided for in paragraph 9 of article 6 of this Federal law, and ensuring the operation of the special economic zone. Objects of engineering, transport, social, innovative and other infrastructure of the special economic zone may be located outside the territory of the special economic zone and the adjacent area to the special economic zone, provided that such objects are technologically connected with objects created and (or) reconstructed and (or) being created and (or) reconstructed on the territory of the special economic zone and the adjacent area to the special economic zone¹.
