Joint Production Agreement
A joint production product agreement is an agreement concluded between legal entities, or between a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur, or between individual entrepreneurs, providing for the obligations of the parties to the agreement to deliver goods produced by them, raw materials, materials, and components used by the parties to the agreement in the manufacture of critical component products necessary for industries listed by the interdepartmental commission on issues of development of production of critical components established by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - innovative products), as well as the performance by their own forces of other works and services of a production nature necessary to ensure the production of innovative products by participants of such an agreement1.
