The permit for conducting sampling and specimen-taking operations in relation to goods is issued by the customs authority based on a written application submitted in an arbitrary form by an interested party - a resident of a special economic zone or another person who is the owner of the goods, the placement of which takes place within the territory of a port special economic zone (ceased to be effective as of 2020-12-30)¹.
