Voting results protocol of the precinct electoral commission — the protocol is prepared in two copies and signed by all present members of the precinct electoral commission with the right to a deciding vote; the date and time (hours and minutes) of its signing are indicated in it. A protocol obtained using a voting count technical device or using an electronic voting system acquires legal force after being signed by the aforementioned persons¹.
