Voter signatures
Voter signatures - if the information about them is entered into the petition list not by the voters themselves, placing their signatures, and not by the person responsible for collecting the signatures entered into this petition list - on the basis of a written conclusion of an expert involved in the inspection in accordance with paragraph 7 of this article1.
