The permanent workplace of an assistant to a member of the Federation Council for work within a subject of the Russian Federation, or the permanent workplace of an assistant to a deputy of the State Duma for work within an electoral district or within a subject of the Russian Federation - is a properly equipped room provided by the relevant legislative (representative) or executive body of state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation in the building of the legislative (representative) or executive body of state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, or with the consent of the member of the Federation Council, deputy of the State Duma - by the local self-government body in the building of the local self-government body¹.
