Decision to Terminate Insurance Activities
A decision to cease insurance activities - a decision to cease insurance activities adopted by the management body of an insurance entity, which is a legal entity authorized to adopt such decisions in accordance with its charter documents, or an insurance entity registered in accordance with the procedure established by Russian legislation as an individual entrepreneur1.
