Social support measures for persons with disabilities in paying for housing and communal services, as well as providing housing to persons with disabilities and families having children with disabilities - the Russian Federation transfers the authority of state bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation to provide social support measures for persons with disabilities in paying for housing and communal services and to provide housing to persons with disabilities and families having children with disabilities who need improvement of living conditions and who have been registered before January 1, 2005¹.
