Price of the Contract
The contract price is the amount of money that must be paid by a participant in shared construction for the construction (creation) of a shared construction object. The contract price may be determined as the product of the price per unit of total area of the residential premises or the area of non-residential premises, which are the subject of shared construction, and the corresponding total area or area of the shared construction object1.
