Total gross floor area of the residential unit
Total gross area of the residential premises — consists of the sum of the total area of the residential premises and the area of the balcony, veranda, terrace, with reducing coefficients established by the federal executive authority specified in paragraph 1 of article 23 of this Federal law1.
