Operator of the Unified State Register of Conclusions
The operator of the unified state register of expert conclusions is a subordinate state (budgetary or autonomous) institution that maintains the unified state register of expert conclusions on the design documentation of capital construction objects in accordance with Article 50.1 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation1.
