Federal executive authority authorized to perform the state registration of legal entities – definition and meaning of "Federal executive authority authorized to perform the state registration of legal entities"

The federal executive authority authorized to perform the state registration of legal entities — the federal executive authority authorized to perform the state registration of legal entities — within no later than five working days from the date of the state registration of the cooperative and (or) the entry into the unified state register of legal entities of changes relating to information about the cooperative, shall submit to the Bank of Russia the information specified in paragraphs 1 - 6 of part 2 of this article¹.
