Source of Credit History Formation
The source of credit history formation is organizations in favor of which court decisions that have entered into force and not been fulfilled within 10 days, concerning the recovery from the debtor of monetary amounts due to non-performance of obligations related to payment for residential premises, utility services, and communication services, as well as the federal executive authority authorized to perform functions relating to ensuring the orderly operation of courts and enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other bodies1.
