Guardian (Curator) of a Physical Person
Custodian (guardian) of a physical person - subject of credit history, who has been recognized by court decision as incapacitated or partially capacitated, and another lawful representative of a physical person - subject of credit history in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation1.
